This is a group dedicated to the practice of Vinyasa yoga, in the spirit of being accessible for every body as well as every budget. Weekly meet-ups will be donation based classes, with a suggested donation of $10 per class. Classes are held weekly at The Sanctuary Theatre space in LIC.
